About Us

The Clean Air Academy is an educational platform, giving insight into the negative impact of poor air quality on health. Our mission is to provide accessible and comprehensive resources to healthcare professionals and the public, fostering a community that is well-informed and equipped to address environmental challenges and their health implications.

MidKent Environmental Health secured funding through the Defra Air Quality Grant to create a Healthcare Professional Digital Platform. This platform aims to educate healthcare professionals and their patients about the impacts of air pollution on health, equipping them with practical tools to make well-informed decisions about their well-being.

The Clean Air Academy has been developed in collaboration between the MidKent Environmental Health,  TMC Strategic Communications and Global Action Plan; combining expertise and resources to build a platform that not only educates but also inspires positive behaviour change.

TMC Strategic Communications are creators of award-winning communication strategies and innovative marketing campaigns, and Global Action Plan is an environmental charity dedicated to fostering a sustainable and flourishing planet.
